01 — Commitment

We take reports seriously

Dr. Gene Boyle and partners at Dr. Gene Boyle — California Real Estate aim to protect client data and site integrity. If you find a security issue, tell us privately before public disclosure.

Please do not access other users’ data, disrupt service, or exfiltrate information while testing. Stick to proving the issue with minimal impact.

02 — How to report

What to include

Email Gene@CallDrBoyle.com with a clear description, steps to reproduce, potential impact, and your contact information. Phone: (702) 222-1964.

We aim to acknowledge valid reports within a few business days and will work with you on remediation timing before any coordinated disclosure.

03 — Scope notes

Out of scope

Social engineering of staff, physical attacks, spam, and automated scanners that degrade availability are not authorized. Third-party services (MLS widgets, analytics, scheduling) should be reported to those vendors when the issue is entirely on their side — CC us if Gene Boyle users are affected.
